About the App

• Why should a distributor use the app? While the app was originally built with contractors in mind, we have expanded use of the app to benefit distributors by including:
  • our robust product search
  • accurate material lists; and
  • ability to give your contractor direct pricing 

Catalog

• How do I find a product? Head to the product catalog and you can easily search your product either by search bar or by category inputs. Follow this article for more info.
• Where can I find product specs? From the product catalog, once you select a product you'll be brought to a specifications page that also includes compatible equipment.

Pricing

• Can I add my own pricing? Yes, you can find instructions here.
• Can I see my contractor's pricing? No. You cannot see any of your contractor's labor rates or markup, if any.
• Can I see any other distributor's pricing? No.
• Can contractors see my multiplier and overall pricing? No. A contractor can only access your pricing for a specific job. More details on distributor pricing access can be found here.

Proposals

• Can I see my contractor's proposals? No. You can see if they've created a proposal, but you cannot access any of the details.
• Can I edit my contractor's proposals? No.
