# How do I build a material list?
One of the main features of the Unicosales App is the ability to build out a complete **material list** for a job.
You can do this by navigating through the [**fastquote process**](https://helpcenter.unicosystem.com/knowledge/finalizing-a-fastquote?hsLang=en).
Once you're on the final page of the fastquote, instead of [sending your proposal](https://helpcenter.unicosystem.com/knowledge/what-are-all-the-features-of-the-homeowner-proposal?hsLang=en), you can simply hit the materials button  → select if you'd like to include ◻ prices ◻ labor rates, or ◻ discounts → scroll down and select "download" .
You can also email the list directly to your distributor [*if they are set up in the app*](https://helpcenter.unicosystem.com/knowledge/i-am-a-contractor-how-do-i-see-and-pair-with-my-distributors?hsLang=en) by selecting from the "choose distributor" dropdown menu 
→ choose your distributer to send to → adjust the email body and hit "**send email**" at the bottom.
