User Permissions: What Do I Have Access To?

This article explains the type of access and permission is given for a broad spectrum of UnicoSales App functions. For a full understanding of the levels of users and what they mean, see this article.

Who can:

Add a company?

• Admins at the following levels:
  • Distributor firms can add contracting firms
  • Rep Group Admins can add both distributor and contacting firms
  • Unico Admins can add all types of companies
  • Super Admins can add all types of companies

Add a user?

• Admins at all levels:
  • Contractor & Distributor Admins can add users to their firm
  • Rep Group Admins can add users to each firm they rep
  • Unico Admins can add users to all firms
  • Super Admins can add users to all firms

Delete users?

• Super Admins

• Unico Admins

• Distributor Admins can delete users from their own firm

• Contractor Admins can delete users from their own firm

Delete Companies?

• Super Admins are the only users who can delete a company.
• From the Relationships page, distributors can unpair  with contractors, but doing so will not remove the company from the system, it will only remove them from a distributor's list of paired companies.
• From the Relationships page, contractors can unpair  with distributors, but doing so will not remove the company from the system, it will only remove them from a contractor's list of paired companies.

See proposals?

• Contractors can see their own proposals
• Rep Groups can see contractor proposals but not the contractor markup rate

See distributor pricing?

• The Distributor firm
• A Contractor will see their distributor’s overall pricing when completing a FastQuote, but does not see their markup rate

See contractor markup?

• Only the Contracting Firm will see their own markup
