What is aspiration or induced flow?
When the air stream reaches a speed of 1000 fpm, it creates a low pressure area around it. This low pressure promotes the circulation of air in the room.
Generally, there is no need for a return air in the same room to create circulation. However, it is important to provide a pathway for the air to return to the return air intake.
