The PIN system is our relationship tool between contractors and distributors.
The benefit to having your distributor pinned with you is so that you can see and use their pricing when building a material list for a proposal.
There are two ways to PIN a distributor:

First, you will need to give your Distributor your UnicoSales App PIN Code. You can find this by navigating to Company → Profile. Your distributor can add you by navigating to Relationships → Contracting Firms They can then enter your pin in the “Pair With Contracting Firm” field Then select “Check for Contracting Firm”. Your firm info will appear in a pop-up window → Add Contracting Firm.

First, you will need to get in touch with your Distributor directly to get their UnicoSales App PIN Code. They can find this by navigating to Company → Profile. From the left side bar, navigate to Relationships → Branches Using the PIN your Distributor gave you, enter it in the “Pair With Distributor” field. Hit “Check for Distributor”. Their info will appear in a box on the right → Add Distributor

Note: If your distributor is not in the system yet, you can have them get in touch with Unico so they can be added.
To See Your Distributors:
On the UnicoSales app, go into Relationships → Branches
Here you will be able to see all distributors that you have a relationship with.
You can also unpair with distributors from here.
IMPORTANT: Distributors added and listed here will then show up in the drop-down menu on the Summary page of FastQuote, where you will choose which distributor you want to buy from when building a system.
